Urban Solar has been selected as the preferred contractor for Lennar Corp.’s solar subsidiary, Sunstreet Energy Group. Sunstreet’s mission is to deliver a completely solar-integrated home for Lennar’s homebuyers. Solarized homes are now the standard for Lennar developments. Phase 1 of the initiative in Southwest Florida is over 110 homes. Phase 2 of the project will include an additional 300 homes. Urban Solar delivers turnkey services to the program through project management, logistics, construction and commissioning of all 400-plus homes.
